manual to be used in emerging market countries in northern

. Member of team evaluating countries on the continents of Asia,
Africa, and South America with the goal of choosing the most
viable candidates to serve as model states to represent the
EPA's ability to help build capacity, environmental oversight,
and enforcement.
. Evaluated water quality data from West Virginia coal mining

Served two weeks in Abidjan, Cote D'Ivoire, as a consultant
evaluating infrastructure and rebuilding needs as well as
serving as a liaison assessing the stability of the cease fire
by meeting with various government and rebel factions involved
in the conflict.
