. Responsible for the maintenance of Trinity Rail Management customer

fleets which consists of 15,800 railcars with a value of $102 million.

. Directed the timely shipment of clients' railcars needing repairs to

railcar repair shops which resulted in railcars becoming operational at a

faster rate.

. Monitored railcar repair shops for proper repairs, and turn times.

. Minimize repair expense and downtime through the use of mobile crews

resulting in an average savings of $1000 per car.

. Reviewed railroad and private repair shop estimates and invoices for

accuracy, resulting in a saving of $212,000 over twelve months.

. Reviewed client's fleets for necessary maintenance requirements, and

established required maintenance programs.

timely shipping of railcars needing repairs resulting in a saving of

$30,000 per year.

. Ordered parts as required; managed requests for counter billing

authority; invoiced railroads for damage repair or destroyed cars.

. Reviewed railroad and private repair shop estimates and invoices for

accuracy.

. Administered initial maintenance and updating of railcars into Farmland's

computer railcar registry and AAR ULMER registry.

. Created and maintained database for required inspections and testing for

Farmland's tank car fleet as required by Federal regulations.
