Property management inventory and accountability. Responsible for property accountability of

15,000 items and maintaining/updating an inventory database. Control, maintain, and update

Fulfillment Center current, incoming and outgoing inventory database on a daily basis.

Maintains inventory through replenishment of inventory and fulfillment of outgoing orders

through container preparation, picking of outgoing orders and verification of outgoing orders to

ensure correct shipping to customers. Hand and machine distribution of mail in excess of 30,000

pieces per hour. Operation and upkeep of mail processing machines. Distribution of all

accountable mail to street carriers. Use of Windows-based programming to process business

reply mail. Window Clerk responsible for over $30,000 worth of stamp stock, products and cash.

Maintains all DOT requirements and regulations for the company vehicles. Licensed to operate

24 ft box trucks and Class B vehicles. OSHA certified forklift and selector operator.

Responsible for performing and coordinating a variety of administrative support duties in the

areas of budget, procurement, supply, personnel, record keeping, travel, and general

administrative support. Independently compiles leave slips, verifies information as accurate, and

incoming orders for damages and ensures that receipt copies of purchase orders are submitted

timely and to the proper office. Follows up on invoices and other payment documents.

Maintains an inventory of assigned property, including vehicles, cell phones, and portable

copiers used for field investigations, computer hardware and software. Responsible for contact

with vendors for maintenance and upkeep of office equipment. Ensures that transfers, disposals,

and other property transactions are properly handled. On a monthly basis compiles vehicle

mileage reports, maintenance and repairs, and vehicle damages. Prepares and computes travel

vouchers in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations and Agency instructions. Supervisor of
