integrated data collection systems based on real-time machine

. A custom Order Entry System (OES) that provided a streamlined
method of entering and changing orders. The system boosted
productivity and decreased labor costs by 25%. In addition,
it increased the accuracy of orders thus reducing remakes and
enhancing customer satisfaction.
. A custom on-line ordering system for Decore-Ative's largest
customer which included web technologies and basic EDI type
functionality. Calculated savings at $150,000/yr.
. A Customer Relations Management (CRM) system which enhanced
communications between outside sales teams and inside
Customer Service Representatives regarding customer details,
order history/characteristics, relationship management tools.
. A custom built shipping application to replace a semi-manual
system which tracks packages and shipping methods. This
system includes, freight carriers, UPS and Decore-Ative's
truck fleet. Saving calculated at over $100,000 a year.
. A custom web ordering system for all customers that catered
to specific products to streamline the user experience from
ordering to delivery.
. A data warehouse along with development with Business

Developed a team to coordinate global software engineering
activities between all manufacturing facilities and the
corporate office. Working with management, training, the
business and the technical teams, all projects have been
