providing technical support to our customers, OEMs, engineers, our

nationwide distributors, and the end users throughout the country.

Troubleshooting problems with the equipment, answering technical questions

and providing sales support. This included technical support via phones and

email, providing proposals, quotes, internal training, and supporting of

order accuracy.

Uhl Company, Inc., Maple Grove, MN 1996 - 2005

I served as Service Mgr, Controls Engineer, and Installation Tech.

As Service Manager, supervised crew of 28. Carried out all project planning

and scheduling for technical service, periodic maintenance, repairs,

upgrades, and special projects.

As a controls engineer, I managed design and installation of direct digital

control systems (DDC) to meet customer HVAC needs. Worked with both package

and local control units. Designed and planned implementation of control

systems based on customer specifications. Oversaw production of design

drawings, prepared schedules, and led all project phases. Supervised and

trained engineering staff and coordinated multiple project teams. Directed

performance testing. Prepared pre and post engineering materials, cost

analysis reports, schedules, workflow process diagrams, and technical

training materials.
