OBJECTIVE
Seeking a biology research position that will effectively maximize my
experience and skill set in cell culture and protein purification.
PROFILE
I have 3+ years of combined experience in Industry and Academic research. I
have worked both as an independent researcher and as a team player to
perform experiments in optimizing protocol in upstream which broadly
includes design, operation and maintenance of bioreactor, cell culture,
scale up, harvesting cell pellet and inclusion body. My job extensively
involved troubleshooting bioprocess parameters involved in scale up such as
maintaining optimal dissolved oxygen level, pH level of culture. I have
worked in a cGMP regulated company in compliance with FDA for recombinant
protein production. I have worked in clean rooms (Class 10000, 100000) and
well versed with preparation of batch records and standard operating
procedures. I have prepared documents and training for operation,
calibration and maintenance of bioreactor (wave 10/20, 20/50). I have also
held management position and handled a team of 30 members for projects
concerning alternative method of treatment and this job demanded extensive
market research and document preparation.
