Assisted in managing all global windows related security products across the company, leading a team of 30+, and managing
a $10 million budget across multiple countries. Direct execution of three major projects that included the decommission of a
company wide infrastructure management system with an extensive global footprint totaling almost $3 million in cost
savings. Management of priorities and deliverables, train and mentor staff, and develop roadmap to further centralize
support operational structures for several security products. Including negotiation vendors to develop global operational
models to cover the firm globally in 100 countries.
Developed a detailed service map for the department to determine the right set of metrics to measure and monitor the
service level agreements for more than 35 global products supported in the department. The challenge was to be able to
deal with multiple systems across 100+ countries.
Centralized the global management of multiple security applications, critical for the operations of the company systems,
including encryption and company wide malware defense solutions. The centralization involved negotiations with
multiple regions / countries developing service level agreements to assure no degradation of service.
Re define and globalize and standardize the Security Support services across the company, working with regions and
business areas to develop a workable support structure for security services that was both cost efficient and results driven

Oversaw Sarbanes Oxley compliance, vulnerability and threat management assessment, and ongoing support for
information security issues. Worked with Audit and Risk Review on internal/external audits. Ensure implementation of
requirements across multiple countries/operations, each with unique priorities and processes. Resolve 20 open audit issues
relating to information security.
Cut annual costs by $2 Million by centralizing the Microsoft Premier Support contract, improving the support model by
