Analyzed the ability of Liberian civil servants to organize and
discuss pension reform with the government through the
assessment of labor laws and social dialogue. Conducted
extensive interviews with relevant government and civil servant
representatives. Produced a report outlining how to increase
the voice of civil servants in pension reform through the
creation of enabling labor laws and institutionalized social
dialogue.
