Provide full administrative support to three departments/two divisions and
part-time support to executive management. Functions include: maintaining
daily time reporting, answering telephones, coordinating details of travel
arrangements, preparing expense vouchers, distributing mail, purchasing,
providing calendar support via Outlook, escorting visitors and resolving a
range of administrative issues and inquiries.
. Plan and synchronize the essential details of multiple meetings:
schedule room reservations, establish audio/video teleconferences,
compile and distribute information and select catering.
. Lead Coordinator for quarterly Army Advisory Board senior leadership
on- and off-site meetings. Arrange and oversee logistics: determine
participants' availability, negotiate vendor contracts, track and
report budgets, handle billing, select menus, arrange travel and

Process invoices reflecting proper adherence to center budget
procedures.
