. Project lead, Systems Business Analyst, Lead Technical Analyst and
Lead Developer on multiple projects for Bank of America/Merrill Lynch
Card Processing system.
. Worked with system users to gather requirements and designed "Use
Cases" to create a High Level Design (HLD) document from the Software
Requirements Specification (SRS). This was for a project that changes
the method that activates cards and updates the pin number for the
Card Processing system.
. Wrote Low level Design (LLD ) and program specifications to develop an
API to determine the last time the Financial Advisor was changed to
