. Responsible for installation and validation of the new assembly line
for Nissan X61F Front End Module (OEM) project.
. Co-ordinate with equipment and tooling resources for its construction
and validation. Investigate tooling and process issues, update and
document the changes.
. Design process poke-yoke's (error proofing). Participate in NPI team
meetings.
. Write and monitor the component/assembly test requests such as
vibration test, CMM test and performance test, e.t.c.
. Establish flow charts, PFMEA's, PDCA, First Piece Article (FPA),
Quality Alerts, Control Plans, TPM and Work Instructions (W.I).
. Lead 'Quick Response Quality Control' (QRQC) team and address quality
issues using quality tools such as Factor Tree Analysis (FTA), PDCA,
and 5why's.
. Check the final assembly for dimensions using the check gage. Perform
Gage R&R (ANOVA)
. Train operators to meet Full Day Production Rate (FDPR). Report 'Key
Performance Indicators' (KPI) to the team
. Implement Lean Methodologies and Valeo Production System (VPS).
Promote 'Kaizen'.
