Initially beginning at ADT as a field technician apprentice, I was hired full time within 3months after successfully
completing the apprentice program as a field technician. This role included troubleshooting already installed systems, including
cabling and electrical issues. With my continued growth, internal education and certifications at ADT, as well as growing
knowledge and job experience, I was promoted to Government Service Technician in 2004.
The Government Service Technician role included planning, installing and troubleshooting prior installed security and
building management systems, including camera systems, Unimode Security Systems and various access control systems. As
Government Services, this role included operating in secure environments within PAX Naval Air Station, as well as other
controlled environments.
