NCE / TPM Manager for Confections and Snacks Division

The NCE Manager reports to the NCE Director in Glendale, Ca and is a member

of the Division leadership team. The NCE manager coordinates the NCE

implementation in the plants and is the overall leader of NCE

implementation, with the NCE manager as the executional leader, the right

hand person of the plant managers/director. Areas of responsibilities

include:

. Responsible for Franklin Park, Itasca, Burlington, and Bloomington

. Oversee all NCE activities with responsibility of AM, PM, FI, and

. Coordinate the development of the NCE preparation phase plan, track

and adjustments to plan).

pillars and departments progress in their NCE plans.

change towards the vision as determined by the plant zero loss

journey, vision. including:

- Total employee involvement

- Linkages of individual and team activities to losses and the
