I currently hold the Production Supervisor position
in which I supervise a shift of over 50 molding and
assembly associates. I am also the lead line of
communication to the off shifts.
In this position I have developed numerous tracking
metrics for OEE, performance, training, and downtime.
I am in charge of my departments Policy Deployment as
well as being in charge of leading and assigning task
so that these targets are mets.

Team Leader
I held Team Leader position in which I supervised a
group of 20 - 30 associates running assembly lines
and molding presses. I performed minor maintenance,
scheduling, OEE tracking, downtime tracking, Point
CIP, Kaizen implementation and other various tasks
throughout the facility. I was the "central point"
for all other departments to feed information or
retrieve information about the production floor. I
was also the fill in supervisor during absenteeism,
supervising a shift of 50 + employees.
I held the position of Temporary Group Leader /
Supervisor for over six months supervising a shift of
over 60 associates. During this time, I worked
closely with the offsite hiring manager to determine
which applicants were right for production floor job
openings. I also handled disciplinary procedures and
many other daily activities.
