o Responsible for rebuilding entire college recruiting process
to establish internal and external stakeholder confidence.
Redesigned intern program, campus recruitment model, campus /
site visit interview processes, employment marketing approach,
and applicant tracking system.
o Organization delivered 87% of 2010 demand by December 2009,
candidate accept rate was 86% and 240+ interns across 10+
sites scored the program a 9.15 out of 10. Increased BP's
national ranking for most desirable energy/power employer from
9th to 3rd in one year.

Human Resources - Talent Acquisition / Staffing (2004 - Q1'09)
. Talent Acquisition Marketing and Channels- Lead an organization
of 30+ employees & >10M budget with the scope of enabling global
hiring of the right college / experienced talent. Responsible
for full-cycle hiring operations (candidate sourcing, campus or
site interviews, campus relations, and interns & scholarship
programs).
o Responsible for establishing a corporate hiring strategy which
led to doubling the hiring of college graduates, doubling the
college hires from designated priority schools & exceeding all
US diversity goals. Resulted in better hires and an estimated
cash savings of $40-$60M / yr.
o Responsible for the recruitment of candidates to fill ~ 2000-
3000 positions annually in the US. Candidate mix was 75%
technical and 30/40/30% Bachelors/Masters/Phd.
o Responsible for implementing corporate rotation programs
globally for new college graduates. Accountable for offer
development & delivery, candidate on boarding and final
placement.
o Responsible for recruitment marketing / branding and candidate
channel development.
o Responsible for establishing and monitoring global recruitment
metrics and corporate wide talent acquisition goals.
Strategic Capacity Planning (1997 - 2003)
. Strategic Capacity Planning Manager - Led an organization of 28
employees with the charter of owning and influencing Intel's
quarterly multi-billion dollar manufacturing roadmap and
capacity decision making process. Worked with senior executives
and factory managers on the appropriate long-range factory and
capacity roadmap to meet future product demand and financial
targets. Owned financials, strategy, scenario planning and risk
mitigation associated with recommendations.
Finance (1993-1996)
. Senior Financial Analyst - Financial support for an organization
with $600M in annual spending. Responsible for project related
ROI analysis and the budgets and planning process. Identified
$61M of lost annual revenue from products being discarded for
cosmetic defects.
Technology & Manufacturing Group (1987 - 1991)
. Technical Training Developer - Project manager responsible for
designing, developing and delivering Process Flow training for
memory and logic processes to employees at domestic and
international facilities. Co-authored 200+ page manuals & 60
