Consult with clients on landscape/hardscape design and installation.
Coordinate on-site with foremen to ensure project is done correctly.
Personally inspect projects for quality, adherence to budget and
timeliness. Schedule and supervise all installation and construction.
Upon completion discuss with client that job is done to their satisfaction.
Personnel Management
Coordinate hiring of foremen and contract labor to cover seasonal
fluctuations. Counsel employees on job performance and perform
terminations if necessary. Monitor safety.
