Worked with the “Eclipse 500 Avio NG” instrument panel.
This included running tests on the code to check for any
bugs or problems with the hardware or software. Finding
new bugs, as well as trying to see if older bugs were
completely fixed and could be deleted out of the bug’s
repository.
• Reading Eagle-Circulation Department. Position:
Assistant Manager/Field Representative. May 16 2006-
Present: Represent the company by managing and
coordinating the various carriers in assigned areas. Deliver
and distribute newspapers and advertisements to customers
who have had problems with their home delivery. Thus
minimizing costumer complaints, and improving company
service. Have serviced a wide range of areas throughout the
county, and developed navigational skills.
• Rite Aid-Cashier and Stock. Nov. 2003-May 2006:
Operated the cash register at the Rite Aid drug store in the
local mall. Assisted customers with locating items in the
store, and any problems they had. Stocked the shelves and
helped the store improve its appearance.
• Reading Eagle-Paper Carrier. June 1999-August 2003:
Distributed newspapers to customers in the area of my
assigned route. Strived to maintain good customer
satisfaction.
Project Experience:
• Senior Design II(Capstone):
o Created a First person shooter 3D video game in a team setting.
It was made in C# with an OpenGL wrapper.
• Independent Study – Graphics:
o Learned Direct3D 10 and many different shader effects with
HLSL, which can be useful when creating a 3D world.
• Independent Study – Operating Systems:
o Incorporated a threading library on an AVR Teensy chip
integrated with a breadboard.
Other Experience:
• Civil Air Patrol: Participated in numerous activities and experiences
in a military environment for younger adults which helped to foster
leadership skills. Participated in survival skill training, and learned the
dynamics of flying.
Activities/Interests:
• Member of the Association for Computing Machinery(ACM) June
2009-Present.
• Secretary for the Student ACM organization at York College of
Pennsylvania.
• Attended SIGGRAPH 2009 in New Orleans.
• Interested in computer graphics and 3D programming
development. As well as software development.
• Japanese culture and language.
• Visited Japan in the summer of 2006, and gained firsthand
experience of the culture.
• Can speak and understand the Japanese language.
• Participated in the PACIS 2010 programming contest, in West
Chester PA.
