Description:
IKEA is one of the best retailers in the world. They do home furnishing and
they do it in a much cheaper cost. IKEA has its own IT section to cover and
fine tune their business. At one point of time IKEA has chosen Cognos as
strategic partner for all reporting solution. As a result all reports in
Brio, Business objects, WINGADD, Qlikview, Excel has to be migrated to one
single solution. Apart from migration IKEA decided to introduce Planning
for the finance and business users for financial management. IKEA planned
to integrate Cognos BI, Cognos Planning and Cognos Controller to be
accessed under single portal.
Responsibilities:
. Interacted with Business Analyst (Line of Business) to understand
requirements and translated them into the appropriate technical
