$15B in annual revenues.

Purchasing Manager (1996-2009)

Directed and managed $1.5M forms program including administration of

corporate contracts, management of inventory levels and reorders, revision

of company forms and development of processes and procedures for

obsolescence. Oversaw $150K expense budget for auxiliary print needs.

Served as Store Opening Supplies Coordinator managing $100K budget per

store, orchestrating ordering and delivering of all supplies needed for new

store openings as the parent company purchased Emporium/Capwell, Broadway,

Liberty House and May Company.

. Implemented new form printing policies and procedures decreasing

annual obsolescence expenses from $50K to $10K per year by outsourcing

printing of low-use forms where they had historically been pre-printed

and warehoused. Decreased warehoused form expenditures from $500K to

$200K. Increased form turns from two times per year to four times per

year.

. Initiated outsourcing of internal copy center to OfficeMax,

eliminating long-term equipment contracts and reducing printing

expenses by $40K annually. Negotiated favorable print-contract terms

and print distribution process with OfficeMax including free delivery

of copy services to branch offices on all orders originating from

division offices. Branch stores effectively utilized OfficeMax's

credit card program for general printing needs at pre-

negotiated/discounted prices.

store chain: doubled stores from 40-80 while expanding geographical reach
