. Developed, marketed, and implemented Pinnacle's "Environmental

Compliance, Climate Change/Green House Gas (GHG) and Energy Reduction

Strategy" for clients that are subject to the proposed USEPA GHG

reporting rule. Applied the strategy to several existing clients such as

large manufacturers, power companies, refineries, and ethanol plants.

. Managed a staff of five (5) compliance and air quality engineers and

scientists that serviced new and existing clients in the performance of

compliance audits, energy audits, completion of Minnesota Option D and

Title 5 permit applications and permit negotiations. Performed in excess

of 25 compliance audits in 2009.

. Managed and assisted in the development of an internal behaviour based

safety program.

. Managed and assisted in PSM audits and reviews for ethanol production

Waste Compliance Assessment Program" for 10 facilities in Latin

following focused sales and marketing techniques. Expanded service

areas from two to five including environmental compliance.

. Led the development of the proposal effort for a Carbon Footprint

reduction project for 100 schools and universities in Minnesota.

Proposal was accepted by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency.

. Developed and managed the third-party assurance of 3M's Sustainability

. Managed the National Accounts for ConocoPhillips, Textron Corp and

United Technologies Inc. Strategically positioned SECOR to be

retained as a preferred environmental partner within the organizations

performing environmental compliance and remediation projects.

Implemented rigorous behaviour based safety culture as required by

these clients. Published monthly H&S news letter informing clients of

H&S developments and program progress.

. Managed White Bear Lake, MN; Wichita, KS; and Miami, FL branches.

Managed engineers, scientists, project managers, and office

administrative staff. Developed annual strategic business plans for

each branch.

. Overall responsibility for all projects as the Branch Principal, with

as many as 65 active projects at any given time. Acted as technical

expert during presentations at community and city council meetings and

. Served as site manager and client contact for the Woodlands New Jersey

Superfund removal project for a Potential Responsible Party (PRP)

group which included 3M. Responsible for all on-site activities, and

negotiations with New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection

representatives and the removal contractor. Project cost was in

excess of $400 million.

. Chosen by 3M to perform compliance audits and 2-phase "Environmental

Due Diligence Assessments" for 2 locations in China: Shanghai and

Taipei, Taiwan.

1984 - 1989

Advanced Environmental Engineering Scientist

. Responsible for overall environmental compliance for 3 chemical

facilities in Minnesota, Illinois, and Alabama. Active in the

operation of wastewater treatment plants and ensured compliance of the

facilities including air, water, and hazardous waste. Involved in

specialty remediation projects.

. Assistant Coordinator of the "3P Program" (Pollution Prevention Pays)

which has saved 3M billions of dollars over the life of the program

through the reduction of solid waste, energy, water pollutants and air

pollutants.
