Strategy" for clients that are subject to the proposed USEPA GHG
reporting rule. Applied the strategy to several existing clients such as
large manufacturers, power companies, refineries, and ethanol plants.
. Managed a staff of five (5) compliance and air quality engineers and
scientists that serviced new and existing clients in the performance of
compliance audits, energy audits, completion of Minnesota Option D and

. Chosen by 3M to perform compliance audits and 2-phase "Environmental
Due Diligence Assessments" for 2 locations in China: Shanghai and
Taipei, Taiwan.

. Responsible for overall environmental compliance for 3 chemical
facilities in Minnesota, Illinois, and Alabama. Active in the
operation of wastewater treatment plants and ensured compliance of the
facilities including air, water, and hazardous waste. Involved in
specialty remediation projects.
. Assistant Coordinator of the "3P Program" (Pollution Prevention Pays)
which has saved 3M billions of dollars over the life of the program
