AIG, Inc. - New York, NY - 10/2006 - 6/2010:
Manage I/T-related projects on behalf of the FP&A department through entire
SDLC from initial concept and requirement gathering through development,
testing, prototyping, modifications and deployment. Accountable for
conveying business-related requests to technical teams as well as
monitoring and ensuring timely and accurate I/T deliverables. Document all
activities and provide regular status updates to senior management.
Develop business requirement documents, test cases, and use cases for
any/all relative requests.
Ensure the integrity of the Cognos-based global underwriting and general
operating expense budget/forecasting applications. Continually working
with regional controllers and local I/T team to maintain current business
rules, implement enhancements, and ensure the accuracy of all applications.
Daily matters, seasonal activities, and unplanned requests are handled
quickly and accurately. Responsibilities also include assessing potential
projects for feasibility and relevance. Any/all potential work is properly

team to ensure data integrity and manage support-related activity.
Developed specifications for Cognos BI reporting repository.
Workgroup Consultants, Inc. - Yardley, PA - 5/1996 - 2/2003:
Technical lead for all BI and relational database solutions. Participated
in pre-sales activities, conceptualization, POC, construction, testing, and

Functionality included accessing, publishing, and reporting on data
sourced from the web application. Authored complete set of user
documentation.
. Crown Cork & Seal, Inc., Philadelphia, PA - Converted legacy system into
Cognos applications for 70 manufacturing plants. Created complete COGS
and budget/forecasting systems. Calculated production line efficiencies
and the allocated costs for each product and plant. Provided reports for
