corporate mainframe applications.

Manager and lead developer of the Human Resources System (HRS), responsible
for managing the development of the CICS/VSAM version of the HRS and
developing the CICS online component which was similar to the IMS DC online
component. The products were offered to both IBM OS and DOS clients and
therefore were developed to facilitate installation in either environment
on client request. The TELON product was used in some of the development
projects. I also provided extended consultant support at client sites
installing the purchased version of the HRS and customizing it to meet
their needs.
