Heavy aircraft mechanic- CH-53 helicopter. Field
unit
Preformed all duties as aircraft mechanic. Certified
to perform daily inspection sign-off and pre-flight
inspection sign-off.
After being promoted to crew chief, I supervised a
crew of five mechanics. Our work included all pre-
flight equipment setting and supervisor sign-off.
Participated in major Air Force operations; I was in
charge of teams that performed rescues and special
emergency field parts replacements for rescues of
aircrafts that were unable to return to home base
due to sever malfunctions.
Attended and graduated grade 10 mechanic, which
certified me to perform complexes jobs such as
autopilot servo adjustment and flight control
adjustment.
1999-2000: Israeli Aircraft Industries
Quality Control Inspector
Aircrafts- Boeing 747, 757, 767 and DC-10/MD-11.
Supervision and quality assurance of all mechanic
work; I was responsible to assure that work was
performed in accordance with proper documents and
materials
Preformed special inspections such as aircraft
arrival check at c-check and d-check levels. These
inspections required all malfunctions to be reported
to costumer representative and documented.
Participated in major projects such as the
conversion of MD-11 passenger to freighter,
supervised by Boeing representatives. During that
conversion, special DPS Pin Stress coining
inspection was required by Boeing, and I was one of
only three IAI employees who were certified to
perform the required inspector. (See letter

Auto Repair Shop- A to Z Auto Repair
Shop general manager.

relationship; controlled all mechanics work and
insuring the quality of repairs and part
replacements.
Preformed vehicle fault diagnostics and estimate the
repair costs; in charge of negotiating with
costumers and approving repairs.
In charge of all shop equipment- high-lifts,
computerized diagnostic tools and general
hand-tools- making sure proper and safe operation
and engaging professional repair if needed.
In charge of local parts stocking and ordering parts
from wide verity of suppliers.
Supervised all employees including payroll and
hiring new mechanics.
2003-2006: El-Al Airlines
Line mechanic. I perform home base inspections and
repairs of aircrafts arriving to the airport. Work
under very precise and demanding schedule. Also
involved in preflight preparation of the aircraft
including refueling and final inspection checks.
Heavy maintenance. Responsible for performing all
major maintenance required by EL-AL engineers,
including removal and installation of power plants
and flight control servos and surfaces.
Attended all of EL-AL's aircrafts' systems trainings
and had been certified by EL-AL as a mechanic
signoff.
Aircrafts I work with: Boeing 737NG, 747-200,
747-400, 757,767 and 777.
While I am familiar with all of the aircraft's
systems and special tools, I specialize in aircraft
air-condition systems.
2006-2007: Myles Aviation, Inc
Aircraft parts technical advisor- providing
technical support for sales and warehouse personals,
as well as information on parts and associated
technical documents.
Quality assurance supervisor- inspection of incoming
and outgoing aircraft parts, supervision of quality
and documents accuracy assurance.
Jet engine projects related manger- in charge of
disassembling, shop repairing distribution and
technical information manager.
