At present I have no official business CV, as I have been working
solely as an independent contractor in entertainment since 2002. I left the
entertainment industry to find a more stable career, and have just returned
home to the US from living 9 months in Hong Kong where I taught
kindergarten English.
I currently reside in Orlando, but am looking to relocate to the
Sarasota/Bradenton area to be close to family
I do have excellent interoffice and communication skills. In my
capacity as show designer, I have experience in setting up and coordinating
conferences with my own team members, as well as numerous interdepartmental
meetings, on subjects ranging from major production work to informal
brainstorming sessions.
I have almost 10 years experience working in the theme park industry
here in the US as well as Hong Kong and Japan. I worked in a
creative/entertainment capacity, which allowed me to not only interact
closely with management but also provided me the opportunity for extensive
guest contact, and I feel that my exposure to so many international venues
would make me an asset both within the office as well as a point of contact
for your clients.
As for my clerical experience, in the past I have worked in several
office settings and as such have a wide knowledge and experience of most
Microsoft Office programs as well as solid office admin skills.
Previous positions include vacation packages booking agent for
Universal Studios Florida, (1998-2001) in an inbound call center
environment where I also provided on the floor training assistance. I then
transferred to Universal's accounts receivable department where my duties
included invoice data entry, account reconciliation, and minor collections.
I then worked accounts receivables for 5 Star Foods Distribution in Atlanta
Georgia where I was involved in data entry, filing, cash counting, till
reconciling, etc, as well as light reception and multi-line switchboard
duties (2001), and, finally, an accounts receivables clerk for Global
Travel in Maitland, Florida which involved data entry and applying received
monies for travel bookings for cruises, flights, hotel accommodations,
etc.(2001-2002)
