$197M Bond Program for Houston Community College System

. Attend coordination meetings with the Owner, Architect and Sub

Consultants and generate meeting minutes reflecting action items.

. Schedule and coordinate meetings for 4 Project Managers, 1

Construction Executive, 1 Deputy Director and 1 Program Director.

. Review monthly pay applications for compliance to Owner billing
