Career Highlights

Designed a stand alone covert CCTV system and strategy to gather enough video evidence when a large group of Target Team Members were

discovered to be stealing enormous amounts of merchandise because the ring leader had access to the standard CCTV system.

Identified a member of a local ORC fencing ring at Target in 2006 that was stealing large amounts of DVD boxsets. It led to multiple arrests,

recovering $200,000+ in stolen merchandise that belonged to Target and the recovery of $900,000+ in merchandise from other local retailers,

totally shutting down the fencing operation.

Identified a Target Team Member in 2007 that stole a video game console. I also obtained information through questioning the subject about an

armed robbery of the store, and several local fast food restaurants, leading to the arrest of 3 subjects and the seizure of several illegal automatic

weapons.

Assisted local law enforcement at Target in 2008 in identifying a group of people using fake prescriptions to obtain pseudoephedrine and making

drops and deals in our parking lot. As a result of the investigation, 6 people were arrested in the largest methamphetamine bust in Florida history.

Transferred to my last three Target stores to restore equipment back to standards and retrain or replace problem performers, while guiding those

stores Assets Protection departments and retail operations on established policies, gaining their commitment to company policy and setting those

stores among the top stores in the district.

Identified a passenger at the airport with the Transportation Security Administration attempting to pass through the airport with a large amount

of illegal drugs. Once the passenger was taken into custody, I was able to get them to cooperate and give up the information needed to take down

the supplier and operation successfully.
