. Prepared the $1.3 billion NYC Croton Water Treatment Plant project

In charge of day-to-day project management issues such as: contract
negotiations, change order requests, invoicing, subconsultant contracts,

design projects utilizing primavera project planner and expedition.
Tracked budgeted, forecasted and actual cost information utilizing Welcom
Cobra software.
Selected Achievements
. Created an integrated project schedule for the entire MTA Long Island
Rail Road Eastside Access Project utilizing an appropriate and
consistent Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for dozens of different
companies and agencies involved during pre-construction.

The LiRo Group
Managed construction projects from pre-construction, design development,
bid, construction to substantial completion. Prepared business proposals
and presentations for upcoming new capital construction programs. Trained
field personnel in the use of Primavera Expedition for project cost,
schedule and expenditure control. Generated and maintained project
schedules and cost estimates.
Selected Achievements
. Managed and closed out several NYC DDC/DOC construction projects ahead
of schedule and below budget, which contributed to winning more
business proposals with the agency.
Chief Scheduling Engineer 1998 - 1999
F&V Metro Contracting Corp.
Generated and updated 21 detailed cost and resource loaded CPM schedules
for a total contract amount of over $300M. Created and managed an in-
house worker production rate database. Assisted in the bid preparation
and submittal process.
Selected Achievements
. Developed a highly detailed hourly CPM schedule for the NYCT
Williamsburg Bridge Project which resulted in the firm completing
substantial completion 30 days ahead of schedule and receiving the $3
million contract bonus.
. Obtained several highly profitable time extension decisions that
resulted in "cost impactable" and "excusable" extensions of time.
