o Project Manager on multiple, high profile projects in metropolitan areas;
o Dealt exclusively with distressed assets and enabled their rehabilitation through due
diligence, thorough field inspections and analysis;
o Coordination of all interactions with State and Local Building Officials with regards to
permitting, inspections and environmental issues;
o Established new processes and protocols to enable efficiency in labor and residence

developing relationships with subcontractors.
o Established a high level of trust back in the communities which were rehabilitated;

leveling and analysis, contract negotiation, direct supervision and quality control, CP
tracking as well as budgets and tracking thereof.

o Project Manager for nearly 300,000 square feet of single family and multi-family
developments;
o Projects varied from single family and multi-family dwellings. Other projects included
assistance in urban redevelopment in lower Fairfield County.
o Coordinated and supervised five Superintendants overseeing nearly 400 workers;
o Sole point of contact for all permitting from initial development to final Certificate of
Occupancy.
o Responsible for all aspects of the projects from initial development to day-to-day
supervision, quality control and inspection to final turnover to occupants.

o Field Inspector and Engineering Assistant;
o Duties included direct interaction with multiple Government Health agencies from both
New York and Connecticut
o Reviewed structural field conditions and developed resolutions to meet current codes as
well as contractor and owner concerns.
