Dear Empolyer,
I am extremely excited about the possibility of joining this great
organization. Throughout my Resume, no mater the job title you will see the
words customer service mentioned again and again. I have always made
customer service a priority for me and it has always worked. Service is
what I excel at; service to the community, service to the customer, and
most of all if given the chance service to this company. Other skills that
I have tried to sharpen throughout my career are time management, group
coordination, problem solving, attention to detail, as well as strict
attention to the giving and following of directions.
Another one of my strong points is my technological aptitude. More and more
technology is being used throughout the work force. I am sure this trend
will continue, I am ready to learn and use this technology. Through my
years of experience in a classroom I have become very comfortable with a
computer and many programs such as: Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point,
Outlook, and even statistical programs such as SPSS. Coming out of Georgia
State University the most diverse school in all of Georgia has also helped
prepare me for the process of dealing with people from various different
socio-economic backgrounds. These are just a few of the skills I want to
transfer from my many years in the work force, school, and life that I feel
will be of benefit to you the employer.
