Responsible for collecting on delinquent accounts from 90 to 120 days. By contacting the customer by phone. Maintaining individual delinquent goals set by managment. Updating customers records on a continuous basis to ensure our system reflects the most current customer information.

Responsible for collection on delinquent pay day loans. Making sure the customer set up payments to get the account back on track.Responsible for setting up payments on the account either by phone via credit card or check by mail or a check by phone.Updating customer records on a continouus basis.
