shift supervisor I helped set the example of the organization's policies and standards for

work shifts. My duties included assigning tasks to employees and ensuring all required duties

and responsibilities are performed seamlessly for each work shift. I assisted the manager in

ensuring the proper types and amounts of food, coffee, supplies and merchandise were ordered

and stocked to maintain appropriate inventory levels. This includes communicating to employees

regarding any new products or services being offered. My other responsibilities included driving

sales and increasing revenues for the store. That involved promoting the store, motivating my

fellow co-workers to increase sales and providing excellent customer service to establish a

continual customer presence. As a Coffee shop supervisor i also would ensure the daily, weekly,

and monthly goals set by the manager were met.
