I am a self-starting, detail-oriented person seeking a position that will

use my technical skills. Open to assignments in server, storage, and client

computer support. The ideal position would offer challenges and potential

SKILLS/ACCOMPLISHMENTS

I have worked for Raytheon in Garland Texas (formally E-Systems) for 21+

years in several support roles. Current position; 6+ of these years in the

IT server/storage support group and 5+ years in support of computer systems

of contracts.

Information Technology

I maintain 200+ Windows 2003 and 2008 servers on the open

network, DMZs, and closed area networks. Most run on top

of a suite of 16 VMware ESX 4 Enterprise servers. I

support OS, hardware, storage, and software.

I mange a HP MSA, a HP EVA, and an EMC NAS/SAN storage

systems.

I have redesigned a Internet facing DocuShare environment

to secure the data with 2-factor authentication and

migrated the current data to a new OS and DocuShare

version.

I have designed and maintained several suites of Citrix

servers.

I have designed and configured several suites of servers

on different closed networks for collaboration between

sites. Setup and supported Cisco switches, Citrix,

DocuShare, Exchange, DOORS, MS WSUS, Active Directory,

and more.

I have designed and configured a suite of 8 servers to

act as a Distributed Collaborative Environment for the

DCGS program. I maintain the OS, applications, hardware,

databases, and user accounts.

Integrated Logistic Support & Specialty Engineering

Designed and built a database, client interfaces, and Web

interfaces for a Logistics Property Control system.

Worked on a Commercial Remote Sensing Systems site

install team to setup, install updates, and test the

computer systems.

Designed configuration, setup and supported Windows based

workstations and servers for the CRSS Zorro exploitation

system.

Supported the CRSS programs in desktop computer support

for 100 plus users.

Developed training material and taught several courses to

the military maintenance team.

Designed a SQL database and Web interfaces for the SIVAM

and the CRSS programs. The design included a database to

control hardware, software, documentation and personnel

information.

Maintained a SQL Database for the SIVAM Configuration

Data Management System.

Designed several Web based applications and databases for

problem reporting, design discrepancy reporting, and

action item reporting for several Tactical Systems

programs.

Worked as a technical writer to develop user manuals for

DoD programs.

Reliability and Hardware Engineering

Worked with Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering

and Quality Assurance on the review of supplier design,

testing of equipment, and deployment for several

environmental control units.

Supported off-site installations. Maintained

Environmental Control Units (ECUs) and power systems for

several programs. The support of these systems required

travel around the world.

Leadership

Led the CRSS computer support team.

Led a team that planned and implemented hardware

deliveries for the SIVAM program.

Owned and managed a service business. Managed service and

installation personnel, supervised work at job sights,

provided customer relations, and managed business.
