(Front end). The Flex interface communicates with the application tier and the database through web
services developed using C# and the .NET framework (Back end). ( http://maptool.interactip.com/)
• Primary components developed include menu dash board, project data entry module, project viewer toolset
to manage/view project details and photos, data amendment proposal tracking/resolution, administrative
module for managing user permissions and Project funding (Plan vs. Actual Cost) tracking module.
Tampa Bay Regional Transportation Analysis (RTA), Phase XI, Tampa, FL
• Application Developer responsible for providing custom applications and GIS data development
services to support various Regional Transit Authority (RTA) work assignments.
• Developed a Windows Mobile application for Transit on-board survey data collection.
• Development of a Transit Survey data entry application using C# and Microsoft Access to process
over 14,000 hard-copy surveys, creation of ArcGIS geo-processing scripts in Python scripts to process

viewer service and administrative document management service which provides an easy and efficient
method to store, display and manage the different types of maps and documents stored in State Water
Plan Data Repository. The website was built using .NET Framework 3.5 and VB.NET.
Delaware Geospatial Data Exchange Website, Department of Technology and Information, Delaware
• Developed a web-based solution for GIS data sharing between different private and public organization.
• Primary responsibility dealt with the design of the user-interface, database and code behind for a three way
management of the inter-relationships between Users, Agencies and Membership details of the system.
• Other responsibilities include building security features like user authentication and session maintenance.
The website was built using JavaScript, .NET Framework 3.5, AJAX and C# as the programming language.
TBEST Technical Support Services – FY 2010, Tallahassee, FL, (Upgrade from VB6 to VB.NET version of TBEST
software)
• TBEST is ArcObjects-based Transit Estimation/Modeling Tool which forecast ridership at the Stops level.
• Provide technical assistance in continued maintenance and development of the Transit Boardings
Estimation and Simulation Tool (TBEST) software.
• Primary tasks involved upgrading the existing Visual Basic 6 TBEST software to VB.NET. The upgrade
provides compatibility with Windows 7, ArcGIS 10 and a redesigned new user interface with dockable
windows.

• Developed and debugged the TBEST Socio-Economic growth update module.
• Responsibilities developing code to perform socio-economic data updates based on future-year zonal data
inputs and updating both the TBEST User Guide and TBEST Systems Guide.
• The module estimates growth rates by spatially comparing current and future year Socio-Economic data.
This process improves the accuracy of the socio-economic data being used by the model for ridership
