. My responsibilities also included special projects for distribution

mailings, including stuffing envelopes, sorting statements, shipment of

books, magazines and special publications.

. On a daily basis, I was required to pick up packages at the Post Office.

Stationery supplies were unpacked, sorted and delivered to three

buildings. Additional tasks included moving of furniture, computers and

packing of books as well as files when necessary.

. Additional daily tasks also include providing supplies for copy machines.

Further job functions required the use of a mail lifting truck for

delivery of large packaging and disposal of varying materials, which can

include large boxes, books and supplies.

. When extra assistance has been necessary, I have trained temporary

employees in current mail and shipping job functions.

. Proficient use of Pitney Bowes stamp machine, folding machine and weight

machine. Respond to email requests and creation of correspondence when

needed.
