This is an environment upgrade project which consist both software and

hardware upgrade. Existing OCBC WFI environment which is running on WFI

FileNet 3.0 is upgrading to WFI FileNet 4.5.1. The main features of this

project are: (a) FileNet 3.0 upgrade to 4.5.1 with MS Windows Server 2008

R2, MS SQL Server 2008 (b) BPF 1.5 upgrade to 4.1 (c) IS 4.0 upgrade to

applied credit card through online which is fulfilled successfully. This

project has two human interfaces for achieving the goals, one for customers

The vision of BCA Contract Process Tool (CPT) is to automate business

processes associated with the contracting life cycle. The life cycle

includes contract initiation, contract administration, contract settlement,

and contract termination/cancellation and supplier management. The

additional project goal is to manage contracting process across enterprise

with a dashboard, which will provide a dynamic view of these operations.

These sets of functions are identified as major areas of focus for time,

Main Features of the application are Batch Scanning using Bar Code

separator as document separator, OCR, File Import, Document Split, Re-Scan.

Another module of the system, project monitoring tool is used to monitor

components are maintained at item of work level. Their progress is recorded

after a defined interval so that the overall physical and financial

progress of the project can be monitored. Other features of the solution

include internal messaging, contact list, knowledge management and status

and audit trail reports.
