separator as document separator, OCR, File Import, Document Split, Re-Scan.
Another module of the system, project monitoring tool is used to monitor

after a defined interval so that the overall physical and financial
progress of the project can be monitored. Other features of the solution
include internal messaging, contact list, knowledge management and status
and audit trail reports.
