acquisitions (6 mergers and 2 acquisitions), bank financing, corporate

governance matters, shareholder agreements (six fold-in ownership in three

years), drafting and negotiating contracts including joint venture

agreements, consulting agreements, employment and severance agreements, and

payment agreements. Developed procedures and protocol to manage corporate

and governmental compliance matters related to all matters specific to

(55) within the architectural/engineering profession. Additional
