Subrogation Vendor Analyst-
* Day to Day contact between Principal and Vendors
* Daily contact by phone and/or email with Providers, Employees, Attorneys
and members
* Responsible for online corrections and adjustments to members accounts-
Great knowledge of online system
* Phone calls-research, refer and return variety of calls on daily basis
from: Attorneys, providers, members, groups, service centers, National
accounts, vendors, and accounting.
Perform Vendor audit-research and conduct the audit for 48 hour call
returns, lien amount file, overall case handling and general issues or
concerns. This is performed quarterly.
* Use Java system to obtain, Archived records and contracts for the Group,
vendor or member
* Provide copies of cashed or cancelled checks to Attorneys, providers and
employees of PLIC
* Provide copies of claims to members, Attorneys, Providers and Vendors
* Maintain and submit daily remittance of HRI Use form for anyone in the
company referring a subrogation or workers compensation file.
* Responsibility for Millions of dollars from our Vendor. Making sure the
money is sent to us timely, and make sure it's credited to the account
properly.
* Performed prepping and filming incoming mail coming in to the company
* Performed Quality checks on examiners
* Issued checks to Vendors
* Helped create and implement Rx data system and data for Principal and
Vendor
* Help Mentor team members and Principal employees for Subrogation training
purposes
* Implement new groups and maintain records for groups

* Worked at front desk answering all incoming phone calls to the service
center
