Duties: Transporting pallets of beer from the depalletizers to waiting trucks or into the
warehouse for future orders. This process was done with the use of a double fork lift.
2009-2010 Production Lead/ Manning Organizer/ Quality Control

Duties: Responsible in coordinating the needed staff with the temporary agencies daily.
Supervised, seventeen co-workers in the table pack department. Handled rush orders, store
orders, raw material, packaging, inventory and finished paperwork. Also audited all finished
orders for accounts payable to process. This was approximate 90+ orders plant wide. Processed
samples of foreign material with photos and documentation. Input the information into the QC
data base for future reference. Swabbed equipment between allergens or start ups.
2008-2009 QA Tech

Duties: Test each batch of Glaceau Vitamin Water for PH, titration, brix, vitamin C, taste and
appearance. Check production samples hourly for all of the above plus net weights and torque
integrity. Responsible for start ups, change overs, bottle code and raw material changes. Maintain
sample library and to be readily available as the backup lab tech for the purified water side of the
business.
