conceptual budgeting, analysis of MEP and structural systems, schematic and

design development budgets, value engineering, preparation and buyout of

trades, and cash flows.

Conceptual budgets were also done for NYC Piers, NJ multiple use

developments, Las Vegas multiple use development, and South Florida

residential buildings.
