I have over fifteen years of architectural and construction

experience. I have been involved in all phases of Architecture,

Engineering and Development from conception to successful completion

of projects with a wide variety of building types in the United States

and South America.

Ability to understand complex architectural, engineering, and MEP

drawings and specifications related to construction projects.

Proactive, self-motivated and prone to team work.

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

US citizen, fully bilingual in Spanish and English.

Architecture license in process (currently studying/taking exams), I

passed the Construction Documents & Service exam on April 2010.
