Managed multiple fiber upgrade projects with a budget totaling $63 million. Managed the daily

activity of multiple contractors to include Aerial and Underground Construction and splicing.

Completed all assigned projects ahead of schedule and within budget.

Director of Technical Operations 1997 - 1998

Managed the technical operations of nine CATV systems to include maintenance, service and

installations. Implemented testing procedures and trained personnel in the daily and preventive

maintenance of RF amplifiers, satellite receivers, AC/DC power supplies and head-end

equipment. Developed and organized maintenance schedules resulting in better system

performance and reduced service calls. Implemented quality control checks for approval of work

completed by contractors. Ordered parts and equipment needed for operations and maintenance.

Responsible for the entire inventory of vehicles, tools and test equipment.

Chief Technician 1995 -1997

Supervised, trained, promoted and managed the daily operations of the entire technical staff.

Responsible for inventory control, warehouse operations, routing and dispatching. Ensured a high

installations. Prepared and maintained FCC Logs, FCC Proof Testing, Complaint Reports and

and microwave equipment. Developed maintenance program for CLI leakage resulting in a 100%
