As the principal owner and operator of the Trout Lie Fly Company, I am
directly responsible for all aspects related to the organization. As any
entrepreneur can attest, day to day responsibilities include a
proportionate level of client services, finance and record maintenance,
budgeting, procurement, and damage control. I maintain all web related
operations and updates, track and purchase online inventory, fulfill orders
daily, successfully maintain several client/vendor relationships, and
balance the books. The Trout Lie is by far the most rewarding
entrepreneurial experience I've had to date.
Senior Client Relations Manager December 2004 to Presently Employed
MarkMonitor Boise, ID
As an experienced intellectual property manager and Senior Client Relations
Specialist, I am directly responsible for the successful management of over
fifty corporate intellectual property accounts. Specific duties include
technical account assistance, domain portfolio management, brand and fraud
protection, report generation/analysis, and sales and marketing support.
Areas of expertise include Grey Market analysis/prevention, the Domain Name
System (DNS), and Proactive Branding Strategies. Notable clients include
Exxon Mobil, Walmart, and Cisco Systems.
