Administrative Assistant Kelly Services June 2008 -

Drafted adjunct faculty contracts and processed payroll timesheets, pay

vouchers and Letters of Agreement with the Training and Business

Development Division of Aiken Technical College. Receptionist with a local

law firm.

Collected and assembled training material for a new Maintenance Computer

System for GlaxoSmithKline, Aiken Plant. Outlined the step by step process

for the notification, processing, parts procurement, and quality control of

maintenance requests within the plant. In another assignment with Kelly

Services, assisted in the establishment of a Mobile Tool Room used by the

Parsons Company for providing special on-site tool trailers.. Organized the

Safety and Respirator Tool Room, tracked all tools in the mobile units and

Supervised, trained, managed area assignments, and payroll up to 34 census

enumerators for the data collection/update for the 2010 U. S. Census. The

district encompassed portions of Aiken, Edgefield, Lexington, McCormick,

and Saluda Counties in South Carolina. Enumerators canvass their assignment

areas updating the address lists and census maps by adding housing units

not already listed, making corrections to address information, entering map

spots on maps for added units in rural areas, updating maps with feature

changes, and deleting listings that do not exist.

Medicaid Administrative Coordinator Aiken County Schools February 2003

- May 2008

Coordinate with South Carolina State Agencies, Aiken County School District

Staff, MAXIMUS in regards to administrative claims and school nursing

documentation for Medicaid Reimbursable funds. Required familiarization

with medical terminology and attention to detail for quality control of

documentation.

Military Intelligence Battalion, 513th Military Intelligence Brigade, Ft.

Gordon, GA., conducting intelligence collection and analysis in Signals

Intelligence, Electronic Intelligence, and Measurement and Signatures

Intelligence. Evaluated military posture of other nations and determines

the capabilities and limitations of US signal intelligence activities to

meet the determined threats. Assisted high level commanders in appraising

the effectiveness of signal intelligence functions, publications and

procedures, and recommends changes. Provided advice to the commander on

all matters pertaining to approximately 240 enlisted personnel training and

operations. Supervises subordinate staff members and evaluates their

performance. Evaluated the operational effectiveness of the battalion.

Provided advice and counsel to the commander and staff on military law,

discipline, promotions and training. Managed equipment material and

service support resources.

First Sergeant Ft. Gordon, GA May 1999 - October

2000

Senior Non-Commissioned Officer of the Headquarters and Headquarters

Company, 202d Military Intelligence Battalion, 513th Military Intelligence

Brigade, Ft. Gordon, GA., with up to 72 personnel. Served as principal

advisor the commander on all matters relating to awards, promotions,

training and administrative actions, and military justice. Managed

personnel conducting security-oriented investigations when there was a

threat to military operations, installations, and personnel, and collecting

background information concerning foreign and domestic individuals, groups,

and organization posing such a threat. Counseled and assisted soldiers in

making personal and professional decisions. Provided care and guidance for

the individual development of young soldiers, and the professional

development of non-commissioned officers.

Signals Intelligence Senior Supervisor Ft. Gordon, GA May 1997 -

April 1999

Served as the Branch Senior Non-Commissioned Officer for Joint National-

level Department of Defense (DOD) operations facility. Managed over 150

military service members and DOD civilian personnel supporting real-time

intelligence processing, analysis and reporting of multi-million dollar

collection systems. Served as the principal authority implementing

operation policies, personnel assignment, training, and logistics for eight

unique target sets. Provided technical, operational and administrative

guidance to subordinates. Interpreted signal intelligence requirements and

developed signal intelligence tasks. Responsible to the site commander for

all matters pertaining to the Branch's work force. Sustained welfare,

Senior Instructor Goodfellow AFB, TX August 1993 - May

1997

Served as the Senior Instructor for the Army's Intermediate-level Signal

Intelligence Analyst Course. Supervised managed and trained 60 Non-

Commissioned Officers in methods use during the exploitation of targeted

signals for intelligence value to the Department of Defense. Managed

student records and performance evaluations for the 480 hours of course

instruction. Revised and updated course material and computer training

programs as techniques developed.
