Security Officer
Serve as the Diamond II alarm and Electronic Integrated Facility Security System
(EIFSS) monitor/operator; operating the MDA emergency and security communications
center located in the MDA SOC/HSV PSMAC room.
Provide visitor access in support of high visibility meeting and events along with the
coordination of other routine visitor requirements in support of the client’s mission.
Utilize Diamond II, the MDA automated computer Windows based visitor control system,
to process MDA,PEO and other authorized visitors.
Provide visitor escort services for official visitors(Government and Contractor), vendors,
and visiting dignitaries within the MDA and PEO facilities as well as between MDA and
entry/exit control points.
Perform inspections of vehicles, persons and personnel property in conjunction with
security measurements.
Conduct random scanning of visitors through the Magnetometer/Hand Wand before
entering the facility. Also conducting random scans of personnel’s property that are
brought into the facility.

enemy capabilities, vulnerabilities, and probable courses of action. Prepared all-source
intelligence products to support the combat commander.

processing and distribution of strategic and tactical intelligence. Established and
maintained systematic, cross-referenced intelligence records and files. Received and
processed incoming reports and messages. Determined significance and reliability of
incoming information.
Integrated incoming information with current intelligence holdings and prepared and
maintained the situation map.
Analyzed the evaluation of intelligence holdings to determine changes in enemy
capabilities, vulnerabilities, and probable courses of action. Prepared Order of Battle
records using information from all sources and in the preparation of strength estimates of
enemy units.
Assembled and proofread intelligence reports and assists in consolidating them into
military intelligence. Drafted periodic and special intelligence reports, plans, and
briefings which included using WEBTAS, JIOC, Google Earth, Microsoft Word, Power
Point and Excel. Created, processed and checked Government Access Badges. Also
experienced with SF-86 and JPAS.
Had to multi-task, worked in a stressful environment under time crunches, pay excellent
attention to detail, and worked with little or no supervision.
