landscape, retention, and parking criteria that would govern
the site planning aspects.
. Reviewed and approved proposals from consultants.
. Carried out full coordination with complete team of
consultants.
. Coordinated with city planners and building reviewers during
construction drawing submittal phase.
. Attended all municipality meetings and hearings.
. Close coordination with in-house staff which included delegation and
training of staff.
. Monitored project budgets, compiled change orders and followed up with
client approval.
. Worked closely with client and general contractor as a team.
. Checked ADA requirements, and city specific code related
matters.
. Managed project related tasks during construction which
include:
o Review of shop drawings and submittals.
o Addressed R.F.I's.
o Issued construction memorandums and addendums.
o Chaired all site related meetings through to project
completion.
o Conducted punch lists.
