When deployed on disaster assignments, I'm Responsible for many areas of
Emergency Management. Such as, providing for the safety, welfare, and

communicate potentially hazardous situations to immediate supervisor or
safety officer, preparing written reports and other documents,

As an energy auditor, I was responsible for inspecting and conducting
energy audits on homes in need of energy upgrades. After inspections, I
generated reports on homes in need of window replacement, siding,
insulation repairs, heating and cooling upgrades. After reports were
generated on homes in need of upgrades, I was also responsible for
filling out order forms to purchase needed materials to perform home
upgrades. When orders came in, I assigned workers to complete the Energy
upgrades and followed up with final inspections.

As a commercial code enforcement inspector I was responsible for responding
to complaints as well as conducting random inspections enforced by the City
of Milwaukee and the North Avenue Community Development Corp. I was also
responsible for generating general inspection reports containing compliance
and/or violations. Inspections included measuring, checking for
cleanliness, locating heating and cooling, boiler rooms, windows circuit
boxes, plumbing, flooring etc, to see if buildings were in compliance with
commercial codes.

Following Hurricane Wilma, I worked along with FEMA on several emergency
management issues. As a supervisor, I was responsible for making sure
all groups I supervised were performing in compliance with FEMA and OSHA

safety meetings conducted by FEMA staff to ensure all FEMA staff,
inspectors, and contract employees performed work safely and in a timely
