Served on installation force protection anti-terrorism team. Conducted
inspections, investigations and threat assessments in regards to areas and

implementation of governmental security plans and upgraded security
protection measures. Coordinated all joint operational instillation

2003 - 2007 Security Augmentation Force Leader
Base Security Defense NCOIC - Selected, trained and managed a security
augmentation force consisting of 100 armed tactical response security
officers. Established standard operating procedures for the training
requirements and certification process for security personnel and oversaw
its execution. Coordinated with divisional leadership and emergency
services personnel in order to define and execute anti-terrorism security
and force protection measures. Security force responsibilities included
patrolling and inspecting instillation property and protecting against
fire, theft, vandalism, terrorism and illegal activity. Directly employed
security measures to ensure the protection of government personnel and
property. Total enforcement of all laws and regulations on the instillation
and surrounding areas of operation. Force presence served as a key
deterrent of criminal activity and ensured total operational situational
awareness. Executed a level of tactical readiness that redefined the
tactical launching time of (SAF) to 15 minutes. Enforced tactical safety
measures and maintained an excellent team and force protection level of
professionalism.

Freedom
Quick Reactionary Forces Leader
2002 -2003
Non Commissioned Officer in charge (NCOIC) of Instillations Ready Forces
(QRF).
Chosen to lead in the training preparations and tactical readiness of a
Quick Reaction Security Force consisting of 65 tactical security officers.
Directly spearheaded training and certification of all personnel on all
required weapons systems and emergency combat operations tactics.
Supervised the scheduling of all guard shifts and continued training
routines for all QRF personnel. Personally conducted pre-operations
security and safety briefs prior to each shift change and followed up on
all updated intelligence reports. QRF duties consisted of security patrols
on the outer perimeter of contingency operating base. Responding to
attempted attacks on areas of concern and coalition forces. Armed tactical
security escort for visiting dignitaries and general officers on and off
base. Conducted counter insurgency operations and executed anti-terrorism
protection measures. Performed entrance control point security duties to
include search of all incoming personnel and vehicles. Assigned to
supervise and provide guard force duties to divisional command tactical
operation center.

101st AIRBORNE DIVISION SECURITY TASK FORCE, Operation
Enduring Freedom 2001 - 2002
Shift Leader - Convoy Logistical Patrol & Security Force.
Shift Leader - Personal Security Detail (PSD) Division Security Forces.
Supervised the daily operational readiness of joint convoy logistical
patrol forces (Gun Truck Detail) for convoy security detachment.
Responsibilities included special operations tactical convoy security
escort duties to and from various logistical staging areas and satellite
transportation nodes. Performed various contingency operations and security
escort duties in regards to convoy mitigation and counter insurgency
activities. Directly managed a ready force of 65 tactical security
personnel and 25 tactical vehicles. This included ensuring constant mission
readiness, accountability, training, maintenance, life cycle support and
administrative duties. Jointly assigned to personal security force detail
operations for general staff and visiting dignitaries. Conducted tactical
executive protection detail duties for various senators and VIP's to
include the Secretary of the Army and Secretary of Defense. Served as
detail shift leader for PSD task force consisting of 50 tactical operators.
Conducted over 500 missions during operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi
Freedom.

1994 - 2001 Transportation Site Security Specialist
Entrance Control Point Guard Force - Restricted Logistical areas.
Managed, trained and directed all aspects of tactical security forces for
restricted access areas and instillation entrance control points. Served as
security force supervisor for homeland security operations on government
instillation. Enforced and conducted airport customs security operations
procedures, secured transportation of sensitive items and classified cargo.
Defined all security and protection objectives for limited access control
points and fixed guard sites during upgrading of military force protection
