Apprenticeship was awarded upon passing the course. It was

upgraded to Personnel Journeyman after completing a Career

Development Course in 2007 and has since been upgraded to

Personnel Craftsmen in 2010.

Relevant course teaching included:

Ÿ Computer Skills- Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word

Ÿ Communication Skills- Trained in proper e-mail communications,

memorandum formats, and giving speeches

skills (updated annually)

Lake Superior College, 2006 2007, Associate of Arts Degree was

received after completing all of my general education

requirements.

University of Wisconsin Superior, 2005 2009, Bachelor’s of Science

Degree was received after I completed all my courses in

Business Administration with a concentration in Management.

- I transferred to LSC after my freshmen year from UWS and

then back to UWS after I received my Associates Degree from

LSC. This is why my school dates seem inconsistent.

Relevant Experience

Personnel Specialist in the Air National Guards, 2004 Present, As a

personnel specialist I provide quality support and customer

service, through the administration of personnel programs,

to commanders and Air Force members. I use computer

programs such as Microsoft Office to create, maintain, and

audit personnel records. Another part of my job includes

answering and directing phone calls. I respond to customer

questions about a plethora of different subject matters

through phone, e-mail, and face-to-face. Creating orders

for military members through a computer program which

involves planning of funds, dates, travel pay, and military

pay, is yet another duty. I have many other additional

duties, but the main goal is to provide quality customer

service while abiding the Air Force core values which

include integrity, service before self, and excellence.

Activities

MacArthur Elementary School 2004 2006. Volunteered to read to

elementary students once a week.
