(code and user experience), all static content was extracted from code

and moved to a new content management system to allow the business to

release content real-time intraday, new functionality that allows

advisors to order materials online, and new Java ear/war deployment

routines.

. Project Manager for Territory Sales Compensation project - new

compensation functionality in Siebel interfacing with a new HR

Compensation application, Varicent, to streamline the sales

compensation process and audit ability.

. Project Manager and VB Programmer for new Intermediary Interim Fact

Sheets to provide Financial Advisors with relevant data during

blackout periods and minimizing the number of monthly reports run by

providing reports by mutual fund and listing all share classes instead

of running for each share class.
