and entry level positions were ready to be filled before an opening

> Successfully reduced companywide turnover from 45% to 15% in 4
years.

Million 2006 - 2010. Reduced advertising costs by $34,000/

to innovative, flexible use of staffing.

profitability of the departments at all times.
> I accepted this position to assist the store manager (an
acquaintance of mine) who was in desperate need of a good
supervisor. The departments were in shambles when I arrived,
and was highly profitable when I departed.

> Achieved a record profit (for our location) of 250% + over
benchmark for Office Supplies with minimal staff. Achieved high

managers came and left during the time I was at Staples Fullerton. I
departed on very good terms with the remaining store management.
